Could be the most important too....

Hope y’all enjoyed the Fourth and some amateur fireworks.

That video never gets old. Glad Terry is OK.

QUOTE
“To me, discipline is the ongoing commitment to pursuing a goal, independent of fluctuating motivation levels, by consistently exercising self-control, delayed gratification and perseverance.”
-Steven Bartlett

This is where my discipline equation comes in:
Discipline = the value of the goal + the reward of the pursuit - the cost of the pursuit.
Just start trying.
See what works.
Adapt as you go.
Imperfect action always beats perfect inaction. (Source: Steven Bartlett)
WISDOM
Build a reputation for figuring it out.
At every step of your career, you'll be given a lot of tasks you have no idea how to complete.
Imposter syndrome will inevitably set in—you'll wonder how you can possibly be expected to do this thing that you've never done before (let alone do it well!).
There's nothing more valuable than someone who can just figure it out:
Do some work
Ask the key questions
Get it done

ACTION
Beat procrastination with the 5-minute rule.

What’s five minutes?
This week, practice the 5-Minute Rule to tackle procrastination:
Choose a Task: Identify one task you've been putting off.
Set a Timer: Commit to working on that task for just 5 minutes.
Focus Intensely: During those 5 minutes, focus solely on that task without any distractions.
Evaluate: After the timer goes off, decide if you want to continue working on the task. Often, starting is the hardest part, and you'll find it easier to keep going.
By breaking the inertia with a small time commitment, you'll find it easier to overcome procrastination and make progress on important tasks.
That’s it and that’s all, folks!
