Naval's quote is a reminder that when something hurts to hear, it's often because there’s some truth in it.
Maybe it's pointing out something we need to work on or something we’ve been ignoring.
That discomfort shows us where we can grow.
On the other hand, when something feels too good and makes us comfortable, we should be careful.
Sometimes, comfort keeps us from seeing what’s really going on or stops us from making changes that could help us grow.
So when you feel a little uncomfortable with what someone says, don't run from it—lean in and find the truth that will make you stronger.

Don’t be soft.
Had to give a s/o to my guy Cole Hocker.
This dude went balls to the wall in the 1500-meter Olympic Final.
He shocked the field at the Paris 2024 Olympics and won the 1500-meter run in Olympic record time.
But what was most impressive was the last 200 meters of the race.

Just like in life, in difficult times of being stretched and faced with adversity, we just got to stop being soft and GO WITH IT.
